took my beautiful boy to the hospital yesterday for his overnight EEG study.
an EEG tests for seizures. they stick about 30 electrodes to his head, wrap it up with gauze and then graph it on a monitor while video recording him all night. he was hooked up for 23 hours. he's been having 'different' jerking movements lately, so we're testing to see if they could be seizures.
he's had an EEG before, and it came back normal. (like every other test)

it was a long night, with hardly any sleep at all.
