some exciting news for the day:  aubrey has a loose tooth! 

finally!

interestingly, even though she hasn't lost any of her baby teeth yet, her two bottom ones already have the permanent teeth growing behind them.

it's a bit strange.

but the bottom ones are finally starting to be loose, so we are excited.

woohoo!

connor's other bottom one is loose too, so i told aubrey we would both wiggle them and see whose falls out first.

i went in to pick up my sweet boy from preschool today and found him like this...

 it's an exhausting job, being this cute all the time.

this is the new headrest/shoulder apparatus we are borrowing for his wheelchair and are trying to get insurance to cover one for us to have.

it works so well for him!

you can't see the head rest, but basically it just cradles his neck, just like my hand does when i hold him in my lap.

somehow it keeps his neck at the right position for him to breathe better.

it's a miracle worker!

and the shoulder strap thing helps keep his arms from flailing around so much.

i'm hoping to get our insurance to cover one for him.

if not i will buy it myself because it definitely seems to help.

yay!

i think connor is looking so incredibly cute today, i can't stand it.

i think it's the orange shorts.

 and he keeps laying in the most unusually adorable positions.

 when i took this picture it was so cute.

he was looking at the tv, but when he saw the light on my camera he sloooowly moved just his eyeballs around to look at me.

he was too tired to move anything else on his body.

 oh, i just love him!

he looks like a doll here.
