that's from connors' 'song', the tarzan song.   i sang it to him for the first time during his first hospital stay......and have been singing it to him ever since.  i have never gotten through it without crying.  i put up the quote, 'for one so small you seem so strong' in his room.  it describes him perfectly.  this bond between us can't be broken......that describes us perfectly.  i love my son.
